The Site Cheltenham is proof that you can bring redundant industrial & warehouse space into better use. We saw the potential of a run-down, old property and seized the opportunity to convert it, albeit initially not quite knowing how we were going to develop it.
There was clearly a need for a refresh in the local area so we knew we wanted the building to have both an important function and also to look good. We got talking to companies we were already working closely with in the construction industry and decided to create a shared office space. This process happened quickly and organically, and we had a full complement of tenants before building work had even finished.

The Site Cheltenham also confirms what is becoming very obvious now - offices no longer need to be in a town centre.
Many professional services and advisory companies are relocating from town centres to more flexible locations that follow more modern workplace methods. However, The Site is unique in the fact that all of its occupants have a common professional interest and work together as a collective on construction projects. The Site is not only a shared office space, it is also a space that facilitates and encourages collaboration. We operate in the same way as one big company containing its own departments that specialise in different areas in their business. We’re just made up of different specialist companies all under one roof.
looking to the future
The first phase of The Site Cheltenham has been so successful that we’re now expanding our premises and creating more office space, as well as a bigger event space and a Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom.
Having proven this concept we are confident that it could be picked up and placed in a different location with equal success. As a result, we have plans to open ‘The Site’ in other locations such as Bristol and Oxford in the future.
